Science to Sport athletes take top 3 African place | 11 April 2012 | |

The opening round of the UCI / Rocky Roads World Cup took place in Pietermaritzburg during the second weekend of March. With 2012 being an Olympic year, all of the World's top ranked athletes were competing to ensure their selection to their respective Olympic teams. Burry Stander and Nino Schurter battled it out for the top honours with Schurter getting a small gap on the last of the 6 laps to take the win by 11 seconds. read more...
