MEET THE SPEAKERS
Dr Jeroen Swart is a performance coordinator for UAE Team Emirates Professional Cycling Team. A qualified physician, and Associate Professor at the University of Cape Town, Dr Swart’s passion for all areas of cycling performance from physiology to cycling biomechanics led to the creation of the ErgoFiT bike fitting system.
Reece McDonald is a cycling coach for Science to Sport and heads the Science to Sport Cape Town laboratory. He recently completed his Masters at the University of Cape Town, and his Honours research was focused on cycling biomechanics. Reece currently manages the ErgoFiT system and is responsible for training new providers.
Dr Wendy Holliday completed her PhD in cycling biomechanics, which when combined with her background as a physiotherapist and her passion for bike fitting, makes her one of the most sought after fitment specialist. Dr Holliday has been invited to numerous international conferences and workshops to present her World-leading research on cycling biomechanics.
